REDUCING EMISSIONS
In response to the climate emergency, Harrogate District Council and North Yorkshire County Council passed motions in 2019 which announced their ambitions to reach net zero carbon emissions in the 2030s. Many local commercial and public sector organisations have similar aspirations and are working to reduce their emissions. We are keen to share examples of how local businesses and organisations are reducing their emissions.
