SFS - saving over 400 tonnes of CO2 a year

Our comms lead, Kirsty Hallett, interviewed David Wigglesworth, Managing Director of SFS in December 2020. SFS have helped to protect the climate by reducing CO2 emissions from heat and lighting by over 400 tonnes a year. 100% of their waste is now recycled or used for energy recovery.

David shared his thoughts about how business customers in the construction industry are increasingly influenced by the sustainability of the companies they buy from. It's clear that people procuring goods and services are increasingly keen to know the companies they buy from have the climate in mind.

More details about how SFS reduced their emissions are included in the case study below (pdf).
